4.6. A pre-order product is a product that is to be launched and can be purchased before launch. The provider reserves the right to change the release date without notice. Pre-order products are honored following the request received by email from the USER, through which he expresses his interest in making a pre-order, as well as any other order made through the contact form.
By pre-ordering, you ensure that you will receive the product immediately after launch and that you will benefit from a very good price. The pre-ordered products will be delivered within an estimated period of 4-14 working days from launch, but no later than 15 days, if the product exists in Inada Family’s stock on the day of launch. If the product comes into Inada Family’s possession after the release date, the delivery will be made in 4-14 working days from the moment the product enters the Inada Family stock, but no later than 30 days. Pre-orders are paid in the same way as a normal order, through any of the accepted payment methods. In any of the situations (payment on delivery, payment by bank transfer or payment by credit card) it is necessary to wait for confirmation by phone or email from an operator, when the product becomes available. You can cancel a pre-order at any time. If the latter has already been paid, you can choose to return the amount or credit your account for another order.

IMPORTANT: any unauthorized intervention leads implicitly to the loss of the product warranty!

4.7. MedicaRelax Holding LTD reserves the right to complete and modify any information on the SITE.

4.8. Any problem caused by the products and/or services presented on the SITE will be resolved amicably within a maximum of 90 working days from the date of written notification of the problems by the USER.

5. Losses/Additional Costs.

5.1. MedicaRelax Holding LTD is not responsible for any loss, costs, lawsuits, claims, expenses or other liabilities, if these are directly caused by non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

5.2. MedicaRelax Holding LTD is not responsible for damages caused as a result of the Site not functioning as well as for those resulting from the impossibility of accessing certain links published on the Site.

6. Internet Browser:

6.1. We inform you that any complaints regarding the aesthetic deficiencies of the products will be taken into account and will be analyzed only if they are complained within the first 48 hours from the moment of receiving the product.

6.2. The payment methods for completing an online order are: cash on delivery, online with bank card, bank transfer.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, we inform you that the registration of the payment may take up to 3-4 working days. Following that the delivery will be made only after the amount of money has been collected. In the case of payment by credit card through the method of payment in installments, we inform you that we will confirm the order after the approval of the credit agreement, and the delivery of the products will be carried out within 4-14 working days (if the product is physically in stock ).

6.3. Registering the order does not represent its confirmation. After receiving the order, it will be processed by our operators in order to confirm and establish the delivery details. Estimated delivery time is 4-14 working days from order confirmation, but no later than 35-40 days.

6.4. During the Easter holidays, the winter holidays, the Black Friday event, as well as during other company campaigns, the processing of an order and its delivery can take between 20-30 working days, but no more than 60 working days.

6.5. The buyer will take ownership of the goods after signing the transport document and making the payment (if this has not been done beforehand).

6.6. Return of the products: The buyer has the possibility to return the product within 14 days starting from the day he takes physical possession of the product.
The return is made only in the original packaging, complete packaging, undamaged; and the return fees are fully borne by the USER.
