1. Definitions
   In this document, the following terms have the meanings below, unless otherwise specified:

SITE – the website owned by MedicaRelax Holding LTD, available at www.massagechair-inada.com, through which USERS can access information related to the products and services offered.

USER – any person who visits the SITE for personal or professional reasons and accepts the present Terms and Conditions, completing all registration requirements where applicable.

ABUSIVE USE – any use of the SITE that violates industry practices, applicable laws, regulations or that could cause damage to Inada Family.

2. Site Content
   2.1 The SITE provides general information regarding Inada Family, its products, partners, and any other materials considered relevant for USERS.
   2.2 Information is generally offered free of charge, although MedicaRelax Holding LTD reserves the right to introduce paid services.
   2.3 MedicaRelax Holding LTD holds all intellectual property rights over the SITE’s design and content.
   2.4 USERS must respect all related intellectual property rights according to the law.
3. Website Use
   The USER agrees to access and utilize the SITE only in ways that do not constitute abusive use.
4. Limitation of Liability
   4.1 MedicaRelax Holding LTD is not responsible for damages resulting from errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information not caused by its own fault. USERS may verify information at contact@massagechair-inada.com or +33 6 81 53 29 63.
   4.2 If product prices or details are displayed incorrectly due to system errors, MedicaRelax Holding LTD may cancel the order and notify the USER.
   4.3 Product characteristics come directly from manufacturers/suppliers; therefore, the company cannot guarantee their completeness or accuracy.
   4.4 Promotions are valid only for specified periods or while stock lasts. Prices on the SITE may differ from those in physical showrooms. In case of stock shortage, alternatives may be offered.
   4.5 Images on the SITE are illustrative; delivered products may differ due to manufacturer updates.
   4.6 Pre-order products may have release dates changed by suppliers. Delivery occurs 4–14 business days after launch (or stock arrival), but not later than 30 days. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time, with refund where applicable. Any unauthorized intervention voids warranty.
   4.7 MedicaRelax Holding LTD may update or modify information on the SITE at any time.
   4.8 Complaints regarding products/services will be handled amicably within 90 working days of written notification.
5. Additional Losses/Costs
   5.1 MedicaRelax Holding LTD is not responsible for losses resulting from USER violations of these Terms and Conditions.
   5.2 The company is not liable for damages caused by website downtime or inaccessible links.
6. Orders, Payments and Delivery
   6.1 Claims regarding aesthetic defects are accepted only if submitted within 48 hours after delivery.
   6.2 Payment methods: cash on delivery, bank card, or bank transfer. Bank transfers may take 3–4 business days to register. Installment payments require credit approval.
   6.3 Order submission does not represent confirmation. Delivery usually occurs within 4–14 business days after confirmation, but no later than 35–40 days.
   6.4 During peak periods (holidays, Black Friday, campaigns), processing and delivery may take 20–30 business days, but no more than 60 business days.
   6.5 Ownership transfers upon signing the transport document and completing payment.
   6.6 Products may be returned within 14 days from receiving them, in their original and undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are fully covered by the USER. Written notice is required at contact@massagechair-inada.com. See Return Policy for details.
7. Accessing www.massagechair-inada.com
   By using the SITE, the USER agrees that their personal data may be processed by MedicaRelax Holding LTD for delivery, communication, marketing, and statistical purposes.
   Collected data includes: full name, delivery address, and for business customers: company name, VAT number, registration number, and address.
   Personal data is not disclosed to third parties except when required by law. Processing follows the Privacy Policy.
8. Data Collection
   Data is collected through contact forms, email communication, surveys, and newsletter tools. IP addresses may be analyzed for improving website functioning and relevance.
9. Restricted Access & Subscription
   9.1 By placing an order, the USER fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. Unsubscription from newsletters is available directly in each email.
   9.2 Sensitive data such as national identification numbers are not collected.
   9.3 Personal data is used for order fulfilment and marketing, stored for 7 years, after which consent is required for extended retention.
   9.4 Invoices and records related to VAT must be stored according to applicable fiscal laws (up to 5 years after adjustment periods).
   9.6 MedicaRelax Holding LTD may contact the USER for order confirmation or product information.
   9.7 Contact information is provided voluntarily and used strictly for communication.
   9.8 After purchase, users may be contacted for feedback to improve services.
10. Cookies
    The website uses cookies to enhance navigation and personalise the experience. Refusing cookies does not block access to the SITE. Users may withdraw consent via browser settings. Details are available in the Cookie Policy.
11. External Links and Social Media Plugins
    The SITE integrates social media plugins (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). MedicaRelax Holding LTD does not collect personal data through these plugins but recommends that USERS consult third-party privacy policies. Requests involving personal or order data must be made through official contact channels.
12. Blog Comments
    If USERS post links to external sites, MedicaRelax Holding LTD is not responsible for those sites or their privacy practices.
13. User Requests Regarding Personal Data
    Upon written request, MedicaRelax Holding LTD will:
    a) Confirm whether personal data is processed (once per year, free of charge).
    b) Rectify, update, anonymize or delete data not lawfully processed.
    c) Provide personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
    d) Stop processing personal data upon request.
14. Notification of Changes
    If a USER requests service withdrawal, MedicaRelax Holding LTD will delete the associated personal data. Updated Terms will be communicated on the SITE and, when major, via email notifications.
15. Security
    Personal data is protected through appropriate online and offline security measures. Transmission is secured via SSL-encrypted pages, marked with a padlock icon depending on the browser.
16. Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by United Kingdom law. Unresolved disputes will be addressed by competent UK courts.
17. Additional Information
    Promotions are valid within communicated periods and stock availability. MedicaRelax Holding LTD may modify website content without notice.
18. Legal Basis
    Processing follows relevant UK and EU legislation, including:
